Spring Place’s first location is in the TriBeCa neighborhood of New York City. TriBeCa, which stands for “Triangle Below Canal”, is situated between Soho, the West Village and the Hudson River Park. It is characterized by cobblestone streets and cast-iron loft buildings, as well as new projects by world renowned architects such as Herzog & de Meuron.

The neighborhood has become well-known for its resident mix and exciting dining and nightlife scene. Restaurants vary from classics such as Mr Chow and The Odeon, to newcomers like cozy Tiny’s to upscale Michelin-star restaurants such as Bouley. TriBeCa also offers many boutique shopping experiences such as Thom Browne, Issey Miyake and The Armory.
