The Studio Guild is a collaborative office space for creatives and change-makers in New York City. We are NYC’s oldest creative, collaborative workspace for progressive businesses and organizations.
The Guild is committed to sustainability and has been energized entirely by wind power since 2008.
Our tenants — architects, designers, filmmakers, creatives, technologists, and social change makers — occupy three floors of a sunny, classic New York creative loft building. Most of us are freelancers or small organizations who need an inexpensive, productive place to work, without being in a generic co-working space. We’re hardworking but friendly, we share ideas, resources and referrals.
There are two conference rooms and a shared kitchen, available to all tenants. We have 24 / 7 access to the building. In 2004, when we moved to the neighborhood now known as NoMad, it wasn’t pretty. Now the neighborhood is a hive of activity, with great lunch spots and stunning outdoor spaces nearby.
